About Leanne

Leanne Harder, BSW, RSW, M. Ad. Ed. (C), is the founder and chief consultant at Olive Branch Consulting. Leanne has worked extensively with children and families in both government and non-government agencies.

Her professional experience includes the following areas:

Family mediation including child custody and access, separation agreements, and divorce agreements.
Parent-teen mediation
Dispute resolution including contract issues, business conflicts, and employment related situations.
Complaints management
Community development
Child welfare
Program development
Program evaluation

First Nations, families, adults and children with disabilities, high-risk youth and immigrants are only a few of the diverse groups she has served in her professional and volunteer career.

In addition to her wide range of professional experience, she has served as a board member and volunteer with agencies providing services to immigrants and youth. Her board responsibilities included human resources policy development and agency governance.
